The week of July 22nd - July 28th is all about your kids. Throughout the week various businesses in Appleton will be providing free admission. There will also be events throughout the week.
Monday, July 23th
Free Day at YMCA - Entrance to all Fox Cities YMCA locations will be free for all children ages 16 and under as well as their families.
Free Small Bucket of range balls for kids @ Reid Golf Course - From course opening (7 AM) until 3 PM; kids ages 16 and under can come and enjoy free range balls.
Kids Rummage Sale - Youth will be selling gently used toys, games, clothing, and accessories at Pierce Park from 9 AM to Noon.
Free Skateboard Lessons - Free lessons will be offered at Telulah Park from 5:30 - 7:30 PM from ages 10-14. No pre-registration required.
10th Frame - 2 Kids under 17 are free (includes bowling admission and shoe rental) with adult supervision. 10th Frame opens at 3 PM.
Wisconsin Timber Rattlers - Free child ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket
Tuesday, July 24th
Free Beginner Karate Class - Free class held at 9 AM at Karate America East. Their location is W3173 Springfield Drive.
Free Skateboard Lessons - Free lessons will be offered at Telulah Park from 10 AM - Noon from ages 5-9. No pre-registration required.
Free batting cages @ Badger Sports Park - All ages are to enjoy free admission to the batting cages at Badger Sports Park. Their location is 3600 E Evergreen Drive.
10th Frame - 2 Kids under 17 are free (includes bowling admission and shoe rental) with adult supervision. 10th Frame hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Barlow Planetarium - Free child with paid adult for the weekday matinee family show at either 2:30 p.m. or 3:45 p.m.
Free Dance-O-Rama - 2nd fl oor City Center in dance studios 1, 2 and 3 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.). Ages 4 - 18 are welcome to come and experience a new genre of dance during this fun event.
Wednesday, July 25th

Xtreme Air - Kids ages 3 and up can jump 2 hours for the price of 1. Hours are 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
10th Annual Children's Parade - The parade starts at Houdini Plaza at 6:00 PM and ends in City Park with a Family Reception that ends at 8:00 PM.
Funset Boulevard - Free unlimited admission to the Train, Bumper Cars, Carousel, and the Giant's Kid Playground all day. Laser Tag is not included in this offer but will be offered at half price. Hours are 11 AM - 10 PM.

Free Discover Scuba Trial - Located at Erb Pool from 2:00 - 3:00 PM.

Annual Parks & Recreation Department’s Playground Fair - This is the BIGGEST Parks and Recreation Department special event of the year!! Our energetic Playground Leaders and local businesses/ organizations sponsor two fun-fi lled days of carnival games, the trackless train, new and exciting infl atables, great food and entertainment. Visit the prize redemption center and cash in your tickets for fun prizes to take home with you. LOCATION - Pierce Park DATES - Thursday & Friday, July 26th and 27th from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. **Friday only from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. we will open the Fair for families with children with special needs** FEE: $5.00 = 1 wristband* & 1 punchcard**, $2.00 = 1 punchcard**
Free 30 min karate class for kids - Held at the Academy Martial Arts Leadership @ 220 W. Northland Ave. Class times are 5:15 - 5:45 for 4-6 year olds and 5:45 - 6:15 for 7-12 year olds.
Friday, July 27th

Saturday, July 28th
FREE art project with the Fox Cities Building for the Arts/The Trout Museum of Art Visit and make one make-and-take as well as a chance to participate in our community art project during the Farm Market. Both will be based around our current exhibition, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The Art of Classic American Animation.
Super Bowl - 2 free games of bowling for anyone ages 15 and under between 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Shoe rental NOT included.
